Studies show 20% of business is lost when people need to click on an external website or, worse, use a specialized app. Embed yourself in a non-negotiable place — people’s phone calendars.
How many customers have you lost because they could not find your phone number, email, or business URL? Not anymore. Once you are listed on their phone calendar, rebooking with you is effortless.
You cannot do without scheduling. And that is costing you dearly — in time and money. LinkMyCal takes care of it, plus cancellations, rebookings, and time off.
Go beyond the basics. Each of the videos below does a deep dive on how LinkMyCal works and how it will empower you and your business.
Less back-and-forth. See how scheduling fits into the calendar you already use.
Block a day, week, or any other combination of days and times. Affected bookings will be cancelled and customers notified.
See how customers find your availability and book time from their own calendar.
Understand who sees your events, open slots, and bookings, and how invitations work.
Explore availability windows, appointment lengths, and contact groups that fit the way you work.
No. Consumers manage their appointments from their native (or preferred) calendar app (i.e., Google, Apple, Outlook).
LinkMyCal is what’s called ‘invisible technology.’ It lives behind the scenes, never to be seen by the user. To achieve this, LinkMyCal needs to link the user’s phone calendar with our services.
Creating an account gives us permission to do so.
Users only need to complete this task once. There’s nothing to update or maintain. And there’s no need for them to ever go back to their account to continue enjoying our services.
Navigate to the My Availability section. Click on the vertical ellipsis at the top-right corner of the availability window you wish to modify. Select Edit. This will reopen your previously created availability. Make changes as needed and click Publish.
You may also navigate to Blocked Time to auto-delete existing availability slots and (optionally) cancel existing appointments during a planned or unplanned break. No need to email anyone. LinkMyCal will email them for you and delete the appointment from their calendars too.
Only the availability and events you choose to share are visible, and only to the people you share them with.
It is key to note that shared calendars are still private. Only you see every appointment on the calendar. The people you share the calendar with can see two things: 1. the events you have created on that calendar, and 2. the open availability you have published on it.
They cannot see availability slots that have already been booked by other members — those slots are only visible to you and the person who made that specific booking.
Also note that when you add a contact to a shared calendar, that contact receives an email invitation. They can accept or decline. If they accept, they see your shared events and availability for that calendar. If they decline, they do not see it.

No. Only businesses and professionals who wish to create availability and find time with others through our interface have a paid account. Everyone else has a free account. Anyone booking with you from their phone calendar will use the free account.
